    The company has adopted a system for receiving and handling reports of violations of the company’s Code of Ethics and internal and external regulations in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 24/2023.
The company has adopted a system for receiving and handling reports of violations of the company’s Code of Ethics and internal and external regulations in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 24/2023. This reporting system, which is common to the entire Acea Group, can be used by both Deco employees and external parties, not only for violations provided for in Legislative Decree 24/2023 but also in the event of any failure to comply with laws, internal rules, the Anti-Corruption Policy, the Code of Ethics, or issues related to the Internal Control System, the company’s Administrative Responsibility, fraud, conflicts of interest, and non-compliance with antitrust regulations.
