In order to correctly organise the planning of actions and the environmental policy implementation,
it is fundamental for the available data and information to truly reflect the
environmental and territorial realities as a whole. This way it will be possible
to take into account the crucial aspects and inherent characteristics and natural
uses of the territory as well as the policy lines, goals, and constraints set
out by plans and programs. These are the considerations behind the Awareness Raising and Environmental Education campaigns conducted by Deco S.p.A., which work toward the integration of the environmental factor into territorial planning and programming processes.
We feel that the most functional information campaign is the campaign conducted with a “contact strategy” that serves to erase any distrust and involve citizens in what is being done, so that they can take part in the decision-making processes and make the best possible use of the services offered.
